About Me
I believe exercise is about more than how it looks — it’s about how it makes you feel.
I train because it gives me energy, clarity, and strength in everyday life, and that’s the same feeling I help my clients build. As a mum of three, I understand how full and demanding life can be, and how important it is for fitness to feel realistic and supportive, not overwhelming.
I work from my own private home studio, offering a calm, welcoming space where women can focus on themselves, feel comfortable, and build confidence at their own pace. My approach is personal, thoughtful, and centred around helping you feel strong, capable, and energised in your daily life.
My Experience
With over 23 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve worked as a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal trainer, Pilates Teacher, and Nutritional advisor, supporting women through many stages of life and health. For the past two years, I’ve also worked as an Exercise Instructor within the NHS, helping patients improve their health safely and effectively.
My approach is informed, experienced, and compassionate — focused on helping you feel stronger, healthier, and more energised in a way that fits your life.

My Ethos
Personal training is a partnership built on trust, understanding, and shared goals. Choosing the right trainer is essential, as your training should reflect your individual needs, motivations, and preferences. Every session I deliver is shaped around what matters most to you.
