Training during pregnancy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering. I work with antenatal clients in my studio and online, using Pilates principles to support strength, posture, breathing, and connection to the body as it changes. As a fully qualified trainer—and a mother of three—I bring both professional knowledge and personal understanding to each session, ensuring training is adapted thoughtfully to support you through pregnancy and prepare you for birth and beyond.

Postnatal exercise can be just as challenging—if not more so—than prenatal exercise. After birth, your body is recovering while you take on the powerful role of caring for your baby, supporting your family, and adjusting to a new rhythm of life. With the right guidance, postnatal movement becomes an opportunity to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels supportive and empowering.
